Purchasing
All products are digital only. No hard copy or physical products are offered. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions before gaining access to the downloads index page.
If you purchase a digital product, payment is handled by either Stripe or Paypal. Prime Crane Services has no access to, and is unable to view, any details regarding your credit card, and has no wish to.

Collection of information about you
When you are purchasing a product, as with most online transactions you will be asked for some personal details such as name and address. This is mostly to verify credit card information is correct. Once you have purchased a product, PCS is notified by email. This email will contain some details about you, such as name and address, and the verification of the success of the purchase.
PCS will keep a copy of these emails, only to meet basic good business practice. PCS will never use these details to conduct any marketing or to contact you in any way, after the purchase. We have no need and no desire to indulge in sales or marketing techniques that annoy people the world over. The only time we will ever attempt to contact you, is if we believe there may be a problem with fulfilling your order.
PCS also will never pass on your details to any other party, except in the following circumstances. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
If you object to us holding any information about you, or you wish to change any of the details, please contact us and we will either delete everything to do with you, or correct it as directed by you.
