By purchasing any of these downloadable products, you are granted a one seat individual license for your use only and you agree that you will not distribute, share, pass on or give any purchased products in any way to any other party or entity. This is a legally binding and enforceable condition of purchase.

All prices shown for the downloadable products are in Australian dollars (AUD)

If you are purchasing products within Australia, GST will be added at checkout

Shipping - these products are delivered by download only. No physical product is offered.

The CAD blocks are provided to you in AutoCAD format (.dwg files) in a zip file. The contents of the zip file are outlined on each product page. There is also a preview image which shows all the blocks included in the zip file

While all due care has been taken in the creation of the CAD blocks, Prime Crane Services gives no guarantees that they will exactly match the equipment you intend to use for the actual lifting operation.

It will be your responsibility to check that the dimensions, shape and size of the block being used will be suitable for your particular planned lift study, or any planned crane and / or rigging operational activities.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and purchasing and downloading any of the files, you agree to fully and permanently indemnify Prime Crane Services and not hold it responsible in any way, for any issues that subsequently may arise from your use of the files.
Refund policy; As these are downloaded products only, Prime Crane Services does not offer any refund policy. If you have any problems with compatibility with your version of AutoCAD, every effort will be made, at no charge, to re-supply the products in a suitable format. Either by converting to an earlier version of AutoCAD, or by supplying DXF files.
